Dec. 11th, 2018 11:46 pmIt's me, the once-a-year attempt to turn dreamwidth back from something I anxiety-avoid to something I use.
Current tactics:
- Theme overhaul such that I can vaguely pretend my flist is my tumblr dash.
- Major cull of my access/subscribe list.
- Replaced the bio that accumulated slowly on IJ, LJ, and DW in the 2002-2010 timeframe and then stood still.
- Ditto the interest list that was largely composed of in-joke references to specific lectures in college.
Possible future tactics:
- Go flocked
- Engage only with shitposts
I know that a lot of fandom culture on tumblr was toxic, but when I created my tumblr account I decided that it would be a zone composed entirely of the superficial and I did a pretty good job of curating my dash accordingly. Will see how things go.
