Wow am I a ball of stress and anxiety.

BUT I am at my NEW DESK. And it has a WINDOW. And outside the window? There are REDWOODS. (Small ones, like, only a bit taller than a two-story building. But still--redwoods!)

Little bottle of anxiety churning inside the Molly, please take a look at the redwoods. Do you see the way the morning light is refracting through the dew on their branches? Calm down.

Ha, if you hadn't been afraid of checking your email, you would have already known that the situation you were freaking out about had resolved itself without you.

*hug* I have spent a lot of time sitting in an office and feeling like that. I get scared to check my mail too. I hope the rest of the day goes better!

I'm glad it's resolved! And your new desk with redwoods sounds lovely. Can you also see the bay?

I am a stress mess this morning too. Grrrrr. Stupid anxiety dreams! From hell's heart I stab at thee!

I'm actually further from the bay now (I'm still in Mountain View; the old desk was very close to the very southern end of the bay; the new desk is closer to the highway, but with TREES. TREES!)

Anxiety can bite me. Except I'd really rather it didn't, actually. I want to punch anxiety in the face.

Actually, the resolution of the one situation I've been anxious about means that today is going to be a shockingly easy day of work.

Oh, I thought this was at the new office. *confused*

This is at the new office, which is also in MV, but at the opposite diagonal of the MV campus from the old office. When I'm on the new team full time I'll most likely be dividing my time somewhat evenly between this office and the one in SF.

Oh! I was thinking it was full-time in SF! All is clear at last.

Even better!!!

So, will there be pictures out the window?

Quite possibly. I was really feeling sad not to have my camera with me yesterday morning.
