Yeah, that's how I was reading the situation until last night when I actually saw the lego ads. Once I did I started reading it more as "you can use legos into the ways you play too." It looks exactly like every other ad created for a dollhouse, and while I think it's fucked up that the way toy marketing works in general, I don't want to condemn Lego for accepting that that's the way things work in their marketing. :/
