The Twilight fic I would totally read
Just for the record, here is the list of that the Twilight series totally made me want to read (and in some cases, write...)
1. Some sort of crossover with Annie Dillard's The Living where Carlisle spends a lot of time watching everybody die in northern Washington in the 1890s and things about maybe making himself some undead pals, and makes some wolfy enemies. However, this comes with the high risk of me flipping out and acting out on all my frustrations at the treatment of actual Quiliute legends in Twilight, and everything related to the Lummi in The Living, which is probably not something anyone wants to read about. (Dillard's got this interesting idea that Noble Savages are doubly awesome if the main characters, all of whom are white, go around talking about how everyone around them is racist, and should stop because the savages are so NOBLE!)
2) Werewolf packslash. Sam/Jacob by preference. Possibly with the prompt "Leah's fault", although that would be the awfulest thing ever to do to Leah, and I actually quite liked her by the end of Breaking Dawn.
3) (Because I watched a bunch of Forever Knight over the weekend) Nick Knight and Carlisle Cullen hang out and talk about vegetarianism. And possibly alcoholism.
4) The Vulturi hang out and are awesome. Let's face it, they're the only thing in the entire series that comes close to something that could be described as "awesome." Possibly because they're pretending to be Marius from Anne Rice's books? Anyway, go them. Aro/Caius/Marcus pls?
