Thank you so much for sharing so many examples with female-female pairs. I think one of the first times this happened to me was actually with a Star Trek spin-off novel. I was in middle school, and my best friend (who I secretly had a crush on) and I decided that we were a pair of female OCs from this book. And then they started dating in the book and we just... did not mention it at all.

I keep meaning to watch B5, and Talia and Susan are a big part of that.
