Thanks. I went to Barnes and Noble and looked at a Nook (but I definitely can't afford a color) BUT they said it will only work in the US and I won't be able to download any books abroad which basically defeats the entire point of me getting an ereader. Do you know if this is true? Do you know if Kindle is different? This seems insane. ~Dani
