2. I thought the nook color screen wasn't e-ink! Was I misinformed?
3. I saw the Sony PRS 350 (the small one) in Best Buy the other day and the form factor had me HOOKED. So small! So cute! So portable! Now, for me, it comes down to keyboard (Kindle) vs. small size (PRS 350).
4. I agree side-loading is a bitch on any of the e-readers. The Kindle IMHO is the most painless-just e-mail the file, or use the WiFi e-mail address and then load it to your Kindle. As the other ways all involve use of Calibre and I HATE CALIBRE (seriously, bad UI)... >_<
