i think it's important to include "high and also a douchebag." i tend to be well outnumbered, at waitress!job, by people who are either tweaked or well-stoned or both, and they manage to still be perfectly sweet and overall effective servers (if sometimes forgetful or a little slow-to-respond). i've even worked with a few servers who were really only tolerable with a little thc in their systems.
